I use ground chicken or turkey and make salads instead of individual tacos. I use the broken pieces in the bottom of the bag of tortillas and throw them on the top to give it that taco crunch. It is also easier to add a bunch more stuff that would fall out of the shell if trying to eat a taco, like beans and avocado. If I…

Honey, like it or not, you are not in a relationship either.

No idea why anyone would want to eat PB2 when Nutella is on the table. Actually I have no idea why someone would want to eat PB2 anyway, gross. We need those fats, period.

I was a smoker when my husband and I got together. He was not shy in stating how much he hated it, but I did not care, I loved smoking. He did not harp on it, but from time to time would express his concern for me getting some kind of cancer or disease from it. I knew the risks, hated the commercials and the ads telling me…

I got a gorgeous valentines day present, thank you very much. I am not believing in the sincerity of this thread. The whole 700 club and sugar is the devil was bad enough, but the whole Mt Dew sent my brother into a coma thing was beyond the scope of what I can rationally believe to be true. Please do not send me any more…

Especially if it is my family!

For sure beagle/spaniel mix. As to the fostering question, think about it this way. If you foster you get to host hundreds of dogs through out the years, if you start keeping them you will eventually stop fostering and that would mean that there could possibly be hundreds of dogs put down because they had no where to go…

No, 1500 is not to much. I am in my 40s and only had 5 lbs to lose and lost on around that and I am the same height, but weighed 116, so there is no way 1500 is to much, and after looking at your diary, i see you are not eating that on a consistant basis anyway. I see you are in Paris. Are you making all of your meals or…

You should also be worried about becoming a Serial Killer. Sugar is of the devil and causes people to go on mass murder sprees. I saw it on True Detective, so there is fact based evidence.
-
1200 is too low, you need to set your weight loss to .5 lbs a week.
-
To answer your question, YES, if you are logging 20k steps a day I would switch from active to very active.

+1 Coconut, nut butters (peanutbutter, almond butter ect) quinoa, sweet potatoes full fat and calorie greek yogurt.

BWHAHAHAHA.....so I guess this thread did not go in the direction you were hoping when you first posted? Yeah, good luck with that. Troll on...

QFT! Food was food, not processed and refined. Cows were not shot up with growth hormones and antibiotics, harmful pesticides were not sprayed over everything and there was no such thing as Monsanto. People also did not sit all day at a desk for a job and kids went outside to play. Its funny to me, there are all these…

My experience that somewhere in the middle of what everyone is saying is true. Saturated fats are important to brain function but I consume them in moderation due to various health reasons. I eat mainly by Dr Weils anti inflammatory pyramid as well as the Mediterranean diet. It works well for me.

Because we live our lives every day making good choices so we can indulge once and a while with the people we love? There are healthy options at TCF. Plus a calorie spike day will not hurt us.

Thai Chicken Lettuce wraps. Healthy and DELICIOUS! I would choose the avocado eggrolls over the cheesecake, because they are that good. But that is me.

Spike days have nothing to do with IIFYM. We use spike days so our bodies will not get used to eating low calories, not as an excuse to eat a doughnut.
-
Calorie spike days are important. But I agree with others, we do not use them as an excuse to binge. I was on 1400 plus exercise cals and usually ate around 3000 on spike days. We use calorie spike days so our bodies will not get used to eating such low calories. I would eat a high calorie meal like a cheese burger and…

I smoked for 27 years and tried it all, cold turkey, gum, patches (gave me night terrors) and lozenges....you name it, I tried it nothing worked for me until I got my ecig.
-
He saved me from having to type all of this, very much this! ^^^^ And for those who are trying to claim that these are bad for you, trust me when I say traditional smoking is way worse. I do not know why anyone would smoke traditional cigarettes anymore. I took up ecigs to replace my traditional cigs and was not planning…

I think it equals out to be 2.50 per if you buy the three pack at Costco. The only issue is that they do not sell the unsweetened, but I am not on calorie restriction.
-
It is my favorite of all milk type of products. I buy it at Costco in the 3 pack and if I want chocolate milk, I mix it with chocolate. This ensures moderation.

Hey, I am 9 days away from being 3 years traditional cigarette free. I stopped with the ecig and was not planning on stopping smoking actually, I just loved it to much, but was in the beginning stages of emphysema and it scared the crap out of me, so I ran to the mall and picked up one of those kits Like I said, I was not…

Yes, it gets you moving your body. So get up and move. Its not going to help with the circuit training thing though. You may want to consider a HRM.
-
I am on my 3rd fitbit style(in 2 years) and love my Force the best. I feel that the fitbit is an investment into myself. It helps me see how much I am or am not moving. I also compete with my husband so it is also fun. It is not a waste of money if you can afford it.

Wow, gorgeous. I agree about the mask, its amazing, perfectly paired with the outfit and your face. Good job!

WHOOP WHOOP! Thats how I started too! Yay you!

Then I will admit I read the question wrong. I read "Can you define these toxins? Name one?". There are so many people that claim that the body does not hold onto toxins here and that the liver immediately cleans it out and there is no other way to rid the body of toxins. I do not believe the wraps work but do believe…
