  • I agree with the others. If a new or ongoing depression, definitely talk to doctor. If sad for no reason... Try helping someone, think about a time when you were really happy (childhood, dates, vacation, etc.).
  • I too have an issue with binge eating. I read the book Brain Over Binge and it had some really helpful insight. Talking to a therapist who treats eating disorders is a good thing.

  • I agree with cutting out the sugar & processed carbs. My body does so much better without those things. The first week is hard, headaches not feeling well but I believe its withdrawal.
  • Whenever I hit a plateau, I increase my strength training & increase my lean protein. It usually works for me. Good luck!
