I think that is one of the reasons I really like MFP....you can actually see the calories and it really does make you say No Way!. I think this is a Biggie, Great Job!!! I seldom eat out since I started MFP...it's expensive and the calories aren't worth the cost of the scale!

The Library is Perfect for you!!! The Library is full of work out DVD's...FREE and you can get a variety so you don't get bored! Also, you can have the kiddos get some books that give them fun new reads while you work out!

I'm fairly new, started January 8 and have lost 11 lbs using Fitness Pal. I just love it. Funny, all the diets we have been on (me oh, since I was six!) it always comes back to the basic counting calories works! Good luck everyone! We can all do this!
