This. I've stopped buying dairy milk and only use almond and coconut milk. I've never noticed a flavor change (with the exception of my cereal being a bit sweeter, but breads and mac and cheese nothing).

Generally a cup size is a general baking measurement cup. As for the treats I tend to spike some frozen unsweetened fruit with a spelnda packet, eat something with some white chocolate peanut butter, or snack on those chocolate rice cakes and sugar-free dark chocolate pudding. :)

You could always ask them to go light on the sauce and cheese to help cut down on some calories :)

Hah! I know. :( Sadly they fit around the waist but not my butt or thighs anymore. I'm trying to drop some inches so I can go down a size.

First of all, 30lbs?! Amazing job. :) You can definitely see that your face is slimmer and more pointed than before. Keep up your hard work!

Thank you all very much. :)

Sounds delicious!

You're going to hear a lot of differing opinions on this. I think that you need to do what would be best for you. Personally I am not for the HCG diet. 20lbs is not a lot to lose. If you're like me you're going to be more proud of yourself if you put in the hard work and effort to lose those pounds than a faster course of…

The PDF file of the HCG Gourmet cookbook is about 49MB, way to big to e-mail. Give me a few moments and I'll download and upload it for you. Unless you're torrent savvy. Then just google HCG Cookbook torrent. HCGDietInfo has it up for download. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums/downloads/P2-HCG-Gourmet-Cookbook.pdf

Sounds easy and yummy.

Eh... I did the 30 day shred for about three days before giving up. As much as I wanted to like her workout as it's the "IN" thing these days I just couldn't. It wasn't that I couldn't complete the exercise, because I could if I took a break every so often to catch my breath, but I realized it wasn't the jumping jacks I…

I was hoping for favorite specific recipes of people. So if you have any let me know.

Kinda neat. :)

Ditto. :) Check out the Couch25K program. :)

Edit: *sigh* Obviously this isn't getting us anywhere and is completely off topic. As for jealousy, I think jealousy is sometimes necessary to help motivate ourselves as we are a very competitive species, just don't let it overtake you and remind yourself at how much you've accomplished.

Some people truly have no class and don't understand how rude and hurtful they come across to others. Most of the time they think they are just being witty or humorous when in reality it's hurtful. Just ignore her or ask her to STFU before you round house kick her to the face.

The timing of your post could have been better, then again it is the internet. Intentions and meaning come across differently to different people. So I do apologize for the misunderstanding but I truly did feel that your post was directed at me.

No. I'm not wrong. It's very judgmental of you to say something like that. My friend DOES NOT exercise. She's "lazy". She even says so herself. She openly admits that she'd rather take the easy way out and just take some pills to move the weight along so she doesn't have to do anything.

A bit off topic, but I've shared the MFP link with co-workers who "wanted to lose weight" a while back as they asked me how I've lost so much weight. Truth is, until you are ready to choose what you want the most over what you want that moment you'll never succeed. That was one of my biggest issues as I tried for years. I…

The only jealous/anger I ever feel is when the other person is like "OMG LOOK AT HOW MUCH WEIGHT I'M LOSING AND SO QUICKLY! I WORKED SO HARD" when they are actually not doing anything except getting surgery, taking diet pills, or messing with their hormones via internet drops. Their eating habits haven't changed. They…

Bagels with Cream cheese or Peanut butter. Ham and cheese bagel toasted. Left overs. Warmed Peaches and cool-whip. Sugar-Free Jello Pudding Chocolate Rice cake topped with cool-whip or peanut butter. Cottage cheese. (I like to crush up chips and add pepper and tabasco to mine) Anything that suits your fancy would really…

I feel the same way most days. I know that I've developed an obsession with calorie counting and being aware of how many calories each has. if I go over I get depressed. I choose to continue tracking because I like that I know what is going into my body. I shoot to make my allowance by at least 200 calories.

I downloaded this and immediately uninstalled it. It appears to be nothing more than a bloated combination of microsoft word and it's calendar counterpart. :/

I just log it under DDR since mine tells me how many estimated calories I've burned. Go to Exercise > My Exercise (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/exercise/mine) and create the title for it. :)

I've never had any issues using almond or coconut milk in replacement of dairy milks. If something doesn't thicken up use a bit of cornstarch. Here is one - http://www.grouprecipes.com/111855/the-best-vegan-alfredo-sauce.html/print

The best thing you can do is follow a low glycemic diet and watch your carb intake. It should only be 40% of your daily diet and consist of mostly whole grains. I have PCOS have have been TTC for over three years. I've lost 64lbs since 2008 (56 of that since 2010) and that is what really helped me. If you're taking…

I took a class called "Cent$ible Nutrition" which was all about saving money on food and how to stretch meals. A lot of them work off of two mixes that you make in bulk then add part of it to. http://uwadmnweb.uwyo.edu/centsible/recipe.asp holds a lot of the recipes that are in the book I received. Seriously, check it out.…

Similar here, except a daycare center not a group home.

I weight everything and even portion out certain things into those snack size bags. :)
