I use them as my treat with a chocolate biscuit every night before I go to bed, if I have enough calories left I have 2 of them in the same mug made up with only one cup of water so it is really thick and chocolaty, some nights I can't wait for it to be bed time They are gorgeous :)

Good morning everyone thank god its friday, this seems to have been a very long week. I am sooo tired but I got my new ab roller yesterday and can't wait to finish work tonight to try it out.
