Hi all,

Bought the above on Thursday! I thought yeah, sounds good, I dont drink hot drinks but wanted to have a naughty thing to do in my day...

Wow, watch out, they are bloody addicive, once you start having them, you have had about 4 in a day without noticing.

I have looked back on my dairy and last night before I slept I had another 2!!!

I am staying away from these, I also found out I ate more, as I thought I would not have another so soon!!

Strange I know, but I wanted to eat or drink something through out the day!!

Maybe it is just me??? I usually just drink mint from the garden (with hot water) or water!!

So no more of these today... Time to share with the children! LOL xx

I use them as my treat with a chocolate biscuit every night before I go to bed, if I have enough calories left I have 2 of them in the same mug made up with only one cup of water so it is really thick and chocolaty, some nights I can't wait for it to be bed time They are gorgeous :)

I tend to only have one at night, maybe an hour or so before bed. I avoid them during the day and only drink water, so these are my sweet treat once a day only

If it has artificial sweeteners in it, that could be leading to eating more. Don't know about them, though. Just a thought. :)
  • I have one if these almost everyday at night (calories allowing). I gave a real sweet tooth and having a mug of this nit only gives me that good feeling of something sweet to curb the cravings but I also find it very filling, so I use it fir between the gap of dinner and bedtime. I make mine with the smallest bit of skimmed milk in just for that something extra.
