I lost 23 lbs from Sept. to Dec. on curves complete. No logging, weighed and measured food for the first few weeks. I have been faithfully logging now for 45 days and have only lost 1 pound. Hmmm...??? Plateau perhaps?

Pound out chicken breast. Spread with low fat vegetable cream cheese. Roll up and wrap with turkey bacon. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 to 45 min. Sodium might be a bit high if you use the turkey bacon. You could also just spread a bit of the veg. cream cheese on top and bake.

TLC1975 - your story sounds so similar to mine, although my daughter is almost 4 and I was 210lbs at my heaviest before having her. I am 5'4" 139lbs. I have lost 23lbs in the past 5 months and I am concentrating on lowering my body fat % which is currently 26% down from 32% five months ago. I try not to get too hung up on…

I was just doing some reading - chocolate milk does have more carbs to replace glycogen stores. If your workout is high intensity such as a marathon, chocolate milk might be better for you. If your workout is more moderate, than white milk may be sufficient.

I think this became popular because 'they' wanted kids to drink milk after sports rather than sugary sports drinks and the thinking was that kids would more likely drink chocolate rather than white milk.

Your appetite will come back. Just keep exercising and eating a balanced diet of 1200 calories - anything less and you will mess up your metabolism.
