This makes me laugh in a way. I made my 8 year old a chocolate malt last night. Well little did she know I dumped a scoop of protein powder in there. She's always been a small eater and I figure between the protein and the ovaltine it was a nice boost to her "malt" She said it was best ever and asked me to make it again.

For all those having BM issues, Miralax. I have a medical condition that requires me to take it, and it will keep you regular and help it move out. IT may take a few days to work, but after that you will be regular. I buy mine at CVS pharmacy, but I think you can get it anywhere?

Can I ask where you get the 500 number to subtract from? I'm not an expert, but you should NOT eat below your BMR. Since your TDEE is 1999 (round it to 2000) you take either a cut of 15 or 20% to have a loss. You eat 1999 if you want to maintain. I can't edit, but I did my measurements before I started eating higher cals. I also redid my BF and I dropped approx 5% in that 3 weeks.

Ok, I just did measurements and in 3 weeks on my previous cals (900-1200 net) and I lost 2 inches from hips and waist. Really, the scale is nice, but inches are very acceptable! I'm really much more happier reading good results.

I haven't even worn them yet since I was surprised I was able to fit into the dress. I'm really hoping that I still fit (I have 46 days). I'm hoping to not wear them, but I bought them just in case! I hope you can get rid of yours soon!!! Thanks so much for the reassurance!

I'm eating at cut (20%) right now. I'm not sure that it was necessary to go full TDEE, so I'll try this. If it doesn't work, I can always go up and then go back down? Thanks. I just had a momentary heart attack. I'm still panicking over making this decision so close to my friend's wedding but that's what spanx is for right?
