Thoughts on my diary?
Looking for some input regarding my diary. 232lb, 64inches, 30 year old female. Would appreciate any input. Not seeing a change in clothes or weight since I started tracking again 10/6. Was hoping to see at least a pound or two difference, or have some loser fit in clothing. Tape measurements have not changed either.

Logging Issue/ defocits

Meeting Macros?
Does anyone have any help for this? It seems as if I concentrate on protein I get low carbs, if I concentrate on carbs I get low protein. Today I have 182 protein (-11) and 103 carbs ( 125 remaining). I'm really thinking a piece of cheesecake and a coke should cure that issue!
