Need to cut calories?

Hey Everyone,
I have an injury that is going to be at least another 2-3 weeks before I am healed. I am on strict orders not to exercise at all while I am healing. I have also decided that I won't be doing cardio for the rest of summer. I am going to still do things with my daughter, but no running, walking, etc for exercise purposes.
I reevaluated on Scooby's site and it's taking me from 2,320 to 1863 calories with a 1-3x per week exercise. This is a 400+ calorie cut of course.
At the current moment i'm maintaining my weight, not losing. With no exercise at all, I still want to be able to lose. Since I can't lose through additonal calorie burns, I need to lose through cutting calories.

So my question, do I cut completel to 1863? Or do I cut down to 2100 and see how I do?

Hello,
If you are changing your exercise routine for longer then a couple of weeks, then absolutely cut down your calorie intake to match your activity level.
If your new activity level says 1863, then I would cut to that
