fat question please need quick answer

I'm making something that has bacon and sausage in it. My question is, since these will be browned/fried and I will be draining the fat, does the fat content stay the same?

    no it doesnt. with that being said i never take that into consideration when adding it to my food log because most likely i will underestimate how much i actually eat.
