Serious critical friends wanted!

I am looking for a few friends that are wiling to add me and help me with my diary. I am looking for critiques on my meals, and ways I can improve better. I'd also like to be able to see some diaries of people who eat pretty clean, cook their own foods and truly log their foods.

I've fallen into a bit of a rut and I just want to get out of this rut. Some serious changes this week, and I'd love to be able to see other's diaries to get more ideas. Thanks!

PS: Don't worry, it's fine, I have tough skin, but maybe this is what I need to help fix some of my issues.

    Feel free to add me... If you're diary is public, I will always read it before giving feedback. One of my peeves on here is when people start congratulating others b/c they came in under their calorie goal, but if you look at the diary, it was all junk food or they only ate 500 calories for the day. That doesn't deserve a "way to go", IMO and I'll tell you so (but try to do it constructively). If you're looking for specific feedback, post a comment when your diary posts and I'll always reply.

    Yes, my diary is public, and I will send you a request.

    I am tired of the awesomes and wtg when people just don't even look! I am consistently under and it's killing me. I think I eat pretty darn good (a few days here and there) I don't eat much junk (as high sugar/etc, but maybe some of what I think is healthy is truly not?).

    I have thick skin, I prefer bluntness over sugar coating.
