I will be taking a short vacation at the end of the month and am afraid I will not be able to control my eating as well, though I will keep up with exercise. Any ideas?

I have been taking Zumba (Latin-style aerobic dance). It's fun and really makes me seat, but I think all the pivoting may be hurting my toes. Anyone else have that experience? I was taking Jazzercise, which is also fun but not as strenuous.

I would be happy to lose 2 pounds between now and April 1 and exercise 4 times a week. I have been taking Zumba (Latin-style aerobics) and enjoying it, but I think it's hurting my toes--oh well. I will be going on a short vacation at the end of March, and it's harder to eat healthy in that situation.

Since we eat late and don't finish til 8 or so, I will make my cutoff time 9. I am also tracking my snacks on this site--if I'm honest I will see how much those "little nibbles" add up to.
