I will be taking a short vacation at the end of the month and am afraid I will not be able to control my eating as well, though I will keep up with exercise. Any ideas?
I have been taking Zumba (Latin-style aerobic dance). It's fun and really makes me seat, but I think all the pivoting may be hurting my toes. Anyone else have that experience? I was taking Jazzercise, which is also fun but not as strenuous.
