for me i notice if i eat 1,500-2,000 and burn half that i lose ortherwise i just maintain

hang in there as im not gaining for say just not losing my problem is i cant lose it just stays the same. i just want to lose 1-4 lb this week and ill be happy

that is great i went to the gym did cardio and then monday i will be doing both strenth training and cardio

I am using Ediets and was told to eat no more then 1600 a day as it has a defecit of 600-700 which is good today is lower then i been doing

I go to the gym 3 -5 times a week and the days im not at the gym i am walking and am gaining wait not losing it so its like im stuck

my problem is i am under my 1200 limit some days i just eat 7-900 a day so its kind of hurting when i excercise

wow I am between a 1x and 2x if i got a 3 or 4x i would be swimming in that. I am still needing to lose so i can be back at a size 16 and i will get there one step at a time.
