Hello, i burn 1500 or more a day i need to know how many calories to consume if i burn as much as i eat.
Is there a particulr thing to do to lose weight with both thyroid and cholesterol issues going on? I need to lose 100 lb and am doing 2 lb a day is this a bad thing or should i shoot for just 1lb
