i was told that meat is not the cause of cholesterol. i do green smoothies which helped lower mine yet i do eat meat once a week and never had an issue. i do dairy free cheese,cage free eggs lean meat or free range chicken but never had a problem as most of what i eat is raw food anyway

i reciently gave up bread yet i need carbs like rice and quinoa i eat variety as i need balance even if i dont eat red meat ever i still get protein from other ways like cage free eggs,chicken and subsitutes pleus beans and tofu i need variety without protein i would get sick

I could never be vegan i get sick without protein. i am locatose intolerant so i only only do lactose free stuff

im so confused i burned close to 1200 but at 2400 do i need to eat more calories set by mfp or can i leave it as is

It has not done that for me i just take african mango suppliments and eat between 800-1200 a day just never hungry is why everyone is complaining im starving myself but how do u make urself eat if ur not hungry

how do u eat more as im under every day no more then 1,000 a day so its tough

all i have been doing is taking beachbody products eat less and exercise that is cause me to lose weight

I do go to the gy m but there are days i cant go on those days i follow dvds but the pushups and abcrunches at home can benefit you too check out exercise on demand or u tube if u cant go to the gym

count me in. i will eat 1500 a day, exercise 3-5 times a week and drink 64 oz of water
