Anyone can feel free to add me as a friend. I will keep checking back here on Mondays to report my progress. I will also keep a running tally in my status updates. Day 1 down and onto day 2.0

I will check in daily also. Today my aerobics ware jogged for 30 minutes and did 20 minutes at the batting cage.

hey guys, i'm mari and i'm in:) 50 days = the last day of school:) it's perfect!
my goal for 50 days starting today:
-eat 1200 cals
-exercise for at LEAST 30 minutes
-drink 64 fl oz of water (only water, nothing else)

I think I am going to try 50 days with a serving of oatmeal each day to help lower my cholesterol and clean out my system.

I'm in too, if it's not too late. something every day for 50 days sounds great.
So today I have done 20 minutes of Pilates & Yoga.0 -

I eat oatmeal most days - also for cholesterol. I refuse to take statins as I had a bad side effect. I did get my cholesterol under control though with a combination of vitamins, diet, and exercise. Don't forget oatmeal cookies and other oatmeal baked goodies0 -
Day 4 and I went for a run and I think I have tracked all the food I will eat today. Still have to wait for it to get to the end of the day to find out.
