    Day 30/50 ...30 minutes on elliptical at gym.

    Clover how I miss running, always end up with issues when i run. COOOL ABOUT THE 5k
    The elliptical has become my favorite thing at the gym. A;ways get the same sweat I did from running with no impact.

    This thread has been the one that got me back to something everyday....feels great.

    Day 31 - 45 minute tennis and 100 squats

    11 more days until my 5k - I know I said 5 yesterday. Got my days mixed up. It's on the 20th in the morning.

    I got to bake cookies today for my daughters Annie performance this evening. I tried out a new recipe (from an old book). I thought if they don't turn out, at least I'll be able to get rid of them. And, if they're good, at least they won't be around long. So, win-win! They're fine. I had to sample some of the dhogh and the finished product. It is highly probable that I'll go over a bit on calories; but, just for today, I'lll be satisfied with staying within the 500 calorie buffer zone.

    Icandoit, I'm glad you found an exercise that you like and can do.

    Day 33/50.....I left for work at 630am and never stopped moving, running around seeing patients until 720...did some squats and 10 minutes of yoga before I went to bed.
    Day 34/50....going to be at a graduation all day on the hilliest campus around lol.....upper body weights this morning...we will see how i feel

    Day 34 - 40 minute run. Rained all afternoon yesterday, and cloudy, this morning, so went out early to get it done.

    I will be doing a 5km on the 27th - Toronto Womens Only (walking, not running...lol)

    I havent ridden yet this year. I am trying to strengthen my legs and my knees. Will start riding at a friends stable the beginning of June. I will trailer my horse over there.

    I love Zumba and do it once a week with my friend!

    There are hills all around here! If I want to walk I have eventually go up a hill..lol
