Wedensday 5/50 - 45 minutes of mowing the yard. This is our first mow of the spring and the grass (ahem... weeds) was very uneven and clumpy. Also, 100 squats.
Icandoit, I've only been backpacking once, years ago. It was a 14er though, and I'll take credit for that. Would like to hike another 14er this summer. Some of the trails for the 14er's are short enough to hike up and back in a day.0 -

Thursday 11/60: 35 minute run, and 100 squats.

A little late but count me in! Will check in on Monday since I will be going to the gym tomorrow for a gruelling session with the elliptical and the treadmill. Trying to up my cardio.0

Also, I registered myself to run in a 5k on May 20th. Now I have to be sure to run regularly in my workouts, so I will be ready.0
