Yea. I have to do.it mostly daily or I will forget to do it0 -
Well my computer died so I didn't check in Monday...sorry! But I have done something everyday! Although this Wednesday I just did some pushups and most of the days this weekend will just be a short walk around the block with my dad and my dogs....family is here so I don't want to "waste" time at the gym. They leave Monday morning so I'll hit the gym again hard Monday night...until then I'm doing short home exercises to enjoy my time with them Although they did go on a 7 mile hike with me Thursday0

Just getting back to this site after a year. Forgot how wonderful it was. Doing a 6 week American cancer org activity with work. Need 10000 steps a day for 6 weeks. Almost all activities translate to steps. My primary ones are running and biking. 50 days is exactly how long this thing lasts. You guys are so motivating...I am in.0

I would like to be added too. I joined this site January 4. I have never missed a day of exercise since I joined this site. But, I feel like I am not going as full steam ahead as I was. I need to recommit. This will help me recommit to my weight loss. I am good about logging exercise, the only time I didn't log my food was when I was out of town for Easter. I did log some, but it was difficult especially the travel days.

I have a self imposed rule, I can't post my exercise if I don't post my food. I have a tendency to skip posting my food during the weekends because I know I eat over my goal calories.

Hey Clover..oh how i miss playing tennis....was my sport in highschool. So cool you are playing. My ankles(tallas microfracture in my left ankle) would never take it.

Day 22 - 35 minutes running.
I'm starting to get that familiar tan line around the ankle. So cute! I suppose I could get some no-show socks, but that would only lower the tan line by a half inch. It's a shame you can't play tennis anymore Icandoit. Will your ankle ever heal? Anyway, we don't play tennis well. Our goal is to have long volley and keep the ball in the court. Haha. We have fun though, and get some exercise.
