    I would like to be added too. I joined this site January 4. I have never missed a day of exercise since I joined this site. But, I feel like I am not going as full steam ahead as I was. I need to recommit. This will help me recommit to my weight loss. I am good about logging exercise, the only time I didn't log my food was when I was out of town for Easter. I did log some, but it was difficult especially the travel days.

    I have a self imposed rule, I can't post my exercise if I don't post my food. I have a tendency to skip posting my food during the weekends because I know I eat over my goal calories.

    Congratulations on being so close to goal!

    Hey Clover..oh how i miss playing tennis....was my sport in highschool. So cool you are playing. My ankles(tallas microfracture in my left ankle) would never take it.

    Can you even believe we are on day 22 ?...thanks for the support!!!

    This past week was tough.... I had a re-cert class this week for my job and exercise wanted to take a back seat, but it didn't

    4/30 3 mile walk

    Day 22 - 35 minutes running.

    I'm starting to get that familiar tan line around the ankle. So cute! I suppose I could get some no-show socks, but that would only lower the tan line by a half inch. It's a shame you can't play tennis anymore Icandoit. Will your ankle ever heal? Anyway, we don't play tennis well. Our goal is to have long volley and keep the ball in the court. Haha. We have fun though, and get some exercise.

    Tuesday Power pump class
    Wednesday pushups
    Thursday 7 mile hike
    Fri-Sun walking around the block and gardening....family was here so I didn't get to the gym or go for runs....Back to the gym starting today :)
