I have maxed out on fibre, carbs, fat and salt ..
So I am basically looking for more protein;
I already have a lot of mackerel daily + a tonne of chicken breast.
So what do y'all sugest?
*can't have dairy*
* I am gaining weight at the moment and only really need the extra cals on the days that I do long workouts. I am currently consuming 3000 cals.*

maxed out on fat - all good fats .. almonds .. mackerel .. oats etc.
thanks though0 -
If you aren't willing to go over on one of the items you won't find anything. Even raw unprocessed meats have sodium. So you can gnaw on a hunk of chicken but you will go over in your sodium.
I guess find one that doesn't bother you to go over and go over on that one. Otherwise, chalk it up to not the best planning and don't eat the remaining calories.0 -
how do u eat more as im under every day no more then 1,000 a day so its tough0

I just realized you're bulking. You and I seem to be consuming a relatively similar amount of calories (though I'm trying to lose weight as opposed to gain it). I think you need to just eat more meat and eggs. Cut back on the almonds if you're so worried about the fat intake, but fats are not automatically bad for you.0

Yeah, don't worry about exceeding your macros so much- Exceeding in healthy fats are fine. Low GI carbs won't kill you either. Watch your sodium, bad fats, and simple sugars and you'll survive.0

I use egg white protein powder, both GNC in chocolate and Optimum nutrition in vanilla custard. Whey upsets my stomach as well. I love these and they are both really low in fat and carbs. They are also quite tasty They are kinda high in sodium though if youre watching that.0
