Wow, seriously? You would care that much about what his ex thinks of how you look?

Some bike shops have a computerized sizing program that is done on an adjustable spin-type bike. It give you the measurements and set up that is the most comfortable for you. Many people buy used bikes online (ebay, Craigslist). Having close measurements like this can match you up with a near perfect bike without having to…

I would suggest posting this question at this forum: www.roadbikereview.com There are many knowledgeable cyclists on that forum. You might do a search first, since this is a question asked frequently by newbies. My own advice is to go to a bike shop to get fitted (about $100), then take those measurements and buy a used…

Well, the swivel stirrups help for sure. But, you should wear a knee brace too. I wear one on long rides - especially if it's a faster ride where I can't take my feet out of the stirrup often. Do you ride an arabian?

I've had a similar knee injury, AND I ride horses, so I understand your dilemma. I have had great success with doing exercises given to me by my physical therapist. I had surgery on one knee, but decided to just try PT on the other, and it's doing quite well. What you need to do more than anything is to strengthen the…

This sounds perfect! I refuse to weigh myself more than once a week. And if my clothes are fitting a little better one week, I skip the weigh on altogether. We don't walk around telling people what we weigh, so why obsess about it? Good for you!

You look great! I agree, it looks like more than 20 pounds lost.

You really need to ditch the idea of a "diet." The only way to really lose weight and keep it off is to change your eating habits for good. I am in total agreement with you. I cut out ALL HFCS and have virtually no sugar cravings any more. I don't understand what's so hard to believe about this information.

I'm starting Monday, too. Please feel free to add me as a buddy!

I'm starting mine Monday. I feel the same way about the teambeachbody site. It seems like everyone there is always trying to sell something. The network marketing "coach" thing really turned me off. Looking forward to getting started!

I'm starting Monday as well. Mine was in the mail today!

I just ordered P90x and am looking forward to starting as soon as it arrives. In the meantime, I'm doing pilates and running on my treadmill so I can get an April 1 start. I also have hip hop abs. I love to dance, so it's a fun work out for me.

HI! I'm Robin. I just ordered P90x and eagerly awaiting its arrival! I have Hip Hop abs, which is fun, and looking at Shawn T isn't a bad way to spend half and hour. ;-) I have two daughters - 14 and 9 - and really want to be a good role model for them.

Wow!!! Your efforts have certainly paid off. Congrats!

Great job!! The definition in your upper back is the biggest change as I see it. What a big difference! I am just starting the P90x program (it hasn't even arrived yet!), so I'm looking forward to all the positive changes you've experienced.
