lots of water, frequent feedings both sides, weleda makes a nursing tea that you can also buy online which i found helped as well some have suggested brewers yeast although some felt baby is more gassy with the brewer's yeast good luck!

Thanks for the info about the ticker! That totally makes me feel better! Too bad I already ate the brownie (it was 57 cal brownie) I was making them for a school open house pretty hard not to be tempted by that even when your not choked about your new scale! Thanks for the positive comments!

Bake these in a mini muffin tin (do yourself a favour and use the liners plus then you don't have to use the cooking spray for the tins save a few cals) and it will make 24 mini muffins approx 57 cal each! the baking time is reduced to 8-12 minutes depending on your oven! Thanks for posting this great recipe!

if you search subway say ham in the database there are records and then subway mayo subway cheese so on and so forth also if you google the restaurants website they often have nutritional info and you can use quick tools to just add the calorie amount to the meal

I would prob do the same do a shop for things like instant oatmeal, rice cakes, fruit, and dry cereal. hotel rooms also often have mini bar fridges that you can fit yogurt into, small thing of milk. i would prob skip the buffet breakfest cuz that is the easiest meal for you to makeshift in your room. Note the idea of circuit training (which is generally what curves is) is that you combine both strength and cardio training - basically if your heart rate is up it is cardio. Circuit training basically can give you more bang for your buck as far as exercise goes because you do strength and cardio training at the same time

I would check what the GI of stevia is - and remember just because it is derived from a plant doesn't mean it is good or better. Sugar is derived from a plant - sugar cane. Also, some people don't like the bitter after taste of stevia.
