This happens to me constantly, but mine is super-irregular... like, 2 weeks one month, then completely gone the next. If this is completely abnormal for you I would get to a doctor..... but I know how you feel. :S

Well, I wake up at 4 am to get to school by 6, so it's pretty hard for me to get much sleep.. I try for 7 hours but usually end up getting 4 or 5, haha. I love sleep though so it's tough, and I usually end up "catching up" on the weekends with 12 hours. ;)

try blending some spinach/other veggies into a fruit smoothie. you won't be able to tell with tons of fruit in there :)

NEVER eat below 1200 calories if you are expecting weight loss. Your body goes into starvation mode and clings on to all of the food (FAT!) it can get. Make sure you are eating enough during the day, with enough variety. Good luck, you can do this! :)

yes! good for you! almost every morning last year when i carpooled with my mom (not having a car sucks bad) we would stop and get fastfood for breakfast (mostly bojangles... a biscuit fastfood place) and my cholestorol SKYROCKETED. it was insane. this year has been much better. while she's in the drive thru i'm sitting…

Did you know that you burn an extra 200-400 calories just by menstruating? That's why everyone gets so hungry during their time. Go ahead and have a little more food; it's okay. :)

thanks guys. i ended up going and getting some crackers so i hit the mark and it would stop messing with my brain, haha. thank you :) i'll do that on days like today when i wake up late and don't have much time to eat 1200 calories ;). most of the time i eat too much, so this is a first for me!
