The Polar FT4 is nice. I think it's Polar's least-expensive HRM with a replaceable battery in the chest strap. The FT4 retails for $99, but Drugstore.com has them for $75 shipped, and there's a further $10 off coupon via RetailMeNot, pushing the price down to $65.
