I have done my research. Probably more than you. I have probably had more experience with things like these and me and tons of other people agree that it is unnecessary to do this. You guys always try to find other ways of doing things that are not necessary. Don't try to fix something that isn't broken. Studies are always…

I can understand that but it didn't make her feel better right?

I know because I used to try stuff like this all the time. I didn't do it because I thought It would make me feel better. I did it because people would hype it up, just like intermittent fasting, and it didn't make a difference..

She said she felt dizzy by 10 am. That is enough evidence. Let's say you are at a 3500 caloric deficit at end of the week both ways. What is the point of feeling like **** the 3 other days if you are going to lose the same amount. Logic, not even once.

Don't spread misinformation.
-
Doesn't matter. You can have all your day's calories in one meal. Just hit your macros.
-
Making me rage. Seriously what is the point?!!!!! Just get into a 500 caloric deficit.
-
But bro "I got into a 500 caloric deficit and I completely dropped diet soda. I have now lost 2 pounds these past two weeks just from dropping diet soda." Worst example ever.
-
You could find something like this about eating broccoli or lentils.

He admitted to being wrong about saturated fat in the middle of his show. Nuff said.

This is perfect. I was like this too when I first started counting calories. Then I asked myself, "I joined a calorie counting website and I am wondering if I should do low carb?" Everything becomes so much simpler when you stop worrying about "low carb" and "raspberry ketones" and stuff that is irrelevant.

If our bodies could not "cleanse" themselves, our species would've died a long time ago.
-
Hmmm. Like those people that drank 8 cans of redbull, die, and then blame everything on the redbull on how it's "so dangerous."

No such thing as starvation mode. It's just a slow metabolism. I was at a point in my dieting where I wasn't losing weight eating 1200 calories and burning 500 calories. I know, I was an idiot. When I added a refeed day, I suddenly started dropping again.
-
Have not had a problem with it. I can't wait for a lecture about " jsut how bad aspartame is for you."
-
No I didn't regain it because I lost it by following flexible dieting, which made it feel like I wasn't dieting and I have other goals now. Slowly gain weight and muscle.
-
Very simple: There really is no such thing as starvation mode. Your metabolism is at the point where it could benefit from a refeed if you haven't already. Up your calories to maintenance for one day and then back down to a deficit if you haven't already and your weight loss should start up again. Edit: Didn't notice your…

LOL.

In the end, they all use outdated studies anyways.
-
Oh and guys remember to eat "clean" foods.
-
But... but... but. It's after 10 p.m. It will all turn straight into fat even if you are in a 6000 caloric deficit.
-
Repped. I wanted to say this but I knew the whole "but he has an MD and you are just a person on the internet" discussion would come up so I didn't reply to her.
-
I am sure now. You don't come off as a bro.
-
I already knew the answer. I wasn't sure if you were trolling or being sarcastic.
-
I can't tell if you are being serious.
-
So just disregard being in a caloric deficit. So I'll be in a 2000 caloric deficit but god forbid I eat something after 7. Please go.
-
This.

What pisses me off is that doctors still recommend "you don't eat after 7 pm." They follow their advice because they have "MDs."
