For something without oil, and storebought - I like the Marie's Yogurt dressings. All natural, no preservatives. 30-40 cals per TBS. You can find it in the produce section next to the salads.

Here's a recipe I saw, and tried, on MFP for mini apple pies. It only took a few minutes to prepare, and about 7 minutes to bake. If you like apple pie - these are delicious! No bananas, gelatin or stevia. :) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/631436-mini-apple-pie-103-calories

These are awesome! Thanks so much! I made them this morning. I cooked up some turkey bacon and used that instead of sausage....so good!

I'd be up for this one - looks fun!! I did the Milwaukee Santa Hustle 5k in December with a friend (profile pic is of me and my son after the race), and we had such a great time - even in 15degree weather. We are also signing up for the 10k race they're having at Miller Park in September (they have a 1/2 marathon as well.)…

Found the coarse grind cornmeal at the store - I'm making this for lunch today - and I'll let you know what I think. I'm definitely never afraid to try anything new - you should see the crazy amount of different foods I have in my pantry - just because they sounded fun to make - and this sounds delicious!! Better yet,…

Thanks for the info!! We're going to the fair on Saturday - now I can plan my meals!! LOL. Besides the cream puffs - not a big fan of those actually.

This looks really good! Thanks! I unfortunately do not have much crockpotting experience - so I'm of no help with providing any good recipes. But I'd love to see what others post!
