I am on Week 4, Day 3. I may be repeating this level as it has been very tough. You just have to jump in and do it. Don't let the voices in your head discourage you! I still have them nagging at me every time I do it. Just have to ignore them!

I am so glad that there are so many supportive people in this group. I am on Metformin and Victoza, also hoping to get off at least the Victoza soon. I have a Kindle Fire and absolutely love it. Have often joked that I could dump my laptop now that I have the Kindle. Don't know about recording lectures with it. Maybe someone else can comment on that.
