2nd fast day down! Regular eating until Monday. Lost 4 lbs in the last 2 weeks on this program. Would anticipate a slow down soon, but will see how it goes. Hope everyone has a great weekend planned.

I stick to protein shakes and a protein bar on my fast days. The less I have to think about food the better! Working all day, then rush home to pick up my girls (dogs) and off to Agility class. By time we get home its time to feed the girls and get to bed. Short day with no time to think about eating.

Whew! Survived first fast day this week! Next will be on Thursday. Mondays and Thursdays are my days on the road so much easier to fast and not have a bunch of temptations. Hope everyone else is doing well.

I was planning on soup last evening so my husband made grilled cheese to go along with it. I saved mine for breakfast today. Sometimes you just have to be flexible.

Finished by first fast day at just under 500 cals. Felt pretty good, but glad to be back to normal eating today. Friday will be my next fast day.

New here too. Today is my first "fast" day. I am fasting for 15 hours, then eating 500 calories throughout the rest of the day. I have lost 48 lbs in the last couple of years, have 20 to go.

Type 2 for 4 years. On Metformin and Victoza. Have lost 48 lbs. Have 20 more to go. Have dropped A1C from 13.6 to 5.3. Feel free to add me as friend.

Look for a different, less aggressive bet. I've done a couple. First one I nailed, second not so much. There's always alot of longer, more attainable bets to join.

If I do a long walk I record it in MFP but only alot 1 calorie for the burn since the actual burn will be included in the FitBit update. You don't have to record exercise at all, but I like to keep track of my long-walks. Hope this helps.

As a dog owner myself I would hope that if someone has a problem with my dogs (even if it is something I should already be aware of) that they would come to me first to work out a solution. So many good replies here. Wish all of you were parents at the school where I work! We have parents coming in fighting to get their kids allowed to wear the smuttiest clothes! That is why so many schools are going to uniforms.
