Very lean, but quite dense. Not as tender as fillet steak, but has more taste.0

I'm so grateful for this site...it helps me get through my fasts and gives me support! However, I think that I should start using it for my non-fast days too. "I made it through my non-fast day without eating 3000 calories...whoo hoo)" I really need to keep these days on check! Fast days are great now and under control...its the non-fast days... ("it's not a fast day so I can have that cookie [

]). Maybe treating non-fast days as a fast day but with more calories

Snaps....that's why I log on all days. When I stop counting on non fast days for a longer period of time, I start lying to myself about the number of 'cookies'.0

I lost almost a stone and a half last year without loggin on non fast days. However, I lost my mojo and my sense of proportion (and portion size!) so I'm logging all days again, but certainly not obsessing.
I work on 200-300 on a fast day (as my lifelstyle is quite sedentary) and 1700-1800 on a non-fast day (NB: Non fast day goes well over the 1800 if I hit the bottle!).0 -
2nd fast day down! Regular eating until Monday. Lost 4 lbs in the last 2 weeks on this program. Would anticipate a slow down soon, but will see how it goes. Hope everyone has a great weekend planned.0

Week 21 - 0.4 lbs (0.18 kg) 01/23/15
Total loss as of 01/23/15 12.8 lbs (5.81 kg)
And lost an inch on my waist to boot. Whoohoo!
Toying with going down to 450 for fast days to bring in in line with a 25% of my TDEE cals. Thoughts?0 -

Jknight. .. 2×50=100 cals greater deficit. That is 1/35 lb per week. ...Won't make a big difference Imo. If you land at 450 great if not no worries either.0
