I had to have something sweet after lunch at work everyday. I started bringing fresh fruit salad and eating that after lunch. I didn't think it would work, but it does satisfy the sweet tooth.

Moving Comfort Fiona style is excellent!!! I use it for running and kickboxing and everything stays where it is supposed to and it's comfortable. I went to a women's sports specialty store and was sized. It has truly been one of the most important items I use for training.

Fantastic! Congratulations!!!! I'm finishing week 5 tomorrow and, like you, I was NEVER a runner at all! I love the challenge and I've actually caught the running bug. Thanks for the idea of going back to start after completion to gain speed!!
