Exercising in the office
Can anyone recommend a good app to remind you to get moving every 30 minutes or so in the office? I found one, but some of the "exercises" are go play outside or plank for 60 seconds. Nothing wrong with either, but difficult to do when you're in the office in a dress and heels! Thank you!

Warrior Dash
I am getting ready to start week 5 of C25K, and I am strongly considering signing up for the Warrior Dash in the Poconos in June. Am I crazy??? I think it looks awesome and I'm not scared of the obstacles, but do you think someone just starting out in the running world can do it? Any tips would be more than welcome!!!!

Hi! I'm 39, 5'8" and currently 188 lbs. I started here on January 7, 2012 at 203 lbs. My first goal is 150 lbs. and then I will re-evaluate. Protein Bars?
I don't eat much meat (I'm not a vegaterain, just don't eat it much), nor am I really fond of nuts, peanut butter, and the like. Are protein bars a good supplement to add or should I just try to work in more protein-packed foods?

Colon Cleanse
