Can you please recommend some good tricep exercises to do on-the-go (not necessarily in a gym)?

    I second (third) the chair dips... plus there's a lot you can do with a full water bottle--tricep kickbacks, tricep presses...
  • Side Tri-Rises. Buy yourself a set of resitance bands and you can find a bunch of tri-cep exercises online using the bands. The bands are easy for travel.

    Any form of push-up is great for triceps too. Especially with hands closer together.

    If possible, you can buy one of those standing supports with parallel horizontal bars and chin-up bars so you can do both Dips and Pull-Ups. Those are the two best upper body body-weight movements you can do and that setup takes up almost no space. Most sports stores (****s, Sport Authority) have them on the cheap.

    I've been working with resistance bands and doing the close pushups. Need to add the dips.
