agreed!!! I worked my butt off for my education, paid for it myself, made smart choices in the college I went to and how I did it so I wouldn't have so much debt! And when I finished, I continued to work my butt off to pay it off!!! Why must I pay for everyone else's now?????

Do be cautious with the calorie counter at zumbacalories though - they wildly overestimate. I work hard, and burn maybe 400 cals per my HRM. I don't have alot of time for breakfast, but I know I need it, and I also want high protein to keep me full. I eat a Luna protein bar with a cup of skim milk, or the special K protein bar with a glass of skim milk. They both are so good and fill me up!

To find out your max heart beat, take 220-your age. Im 39 so my max is 181. To find your fat burn zone, it is 60-70percent of that number. From what i understand, you burn the most when you keep your heart rate in that zone,

yes, it has a strap and I programed in my weight and all the other stuff....wow, it just seems crazy to think I burned 1011 calories in an hour...thanks

I'm sorry, I know your a manager there, I didn't mean to sound rude. Is there a way you can pack a lunch and take it? I work 60 hours a week at my job, and every night before I go to bed, I pack enough food and snacks for the time I will be there to help keep me on track and so I don't buy food I shouldn't eat.
