you look amazing, well done. im currently at 176lbs and hoping to get down to 125lbs, ive took pics and wil do every month just so i can tell how far ive gone and so i can notice my weight loss even more

i weight myself once a week, i used to weigh myself every couple of days just to i know i was loosing the weight, but ive stopped that, i think 2lbs is a good weight loss to loose in aweek, but i want to loose 3/4lbs a week

i stick to 1000 cals a day, and i dont eat my excercise cals that ive gained. and ive been loosing atleast 2/3 lbs a week i just think if u eat ur cals that uve gained from excercise then ur not going to loose any weight, but maybe thats just me, ive tried it before and didnt loose any weight, and since doing my 1000 cals…

hi, i was the same as you for a start, i loved snacking, which got me to the weight i am, but since using mfp it helps me quite a lot, theres days im not motivated and dont want to do anything or just eat what i want. ive got zumba for my wii, and try to do atleast 45 mins of it everyday, give me an add :)
