The snow melted here in Michigan so I went for a walk with my two golden retreivers and then picked up dog poop in our yard for an hour LOL!

This is me too.. I can eat 8 bowls of cereal in a row. 5 pb and J sandwiches, a dozen bagles in a day. Carbs are mostly my downfall. I know that boredom and stress trigger it for me. If I save enough calories for a Kashi bar right before bed that really helps me and I feel satisfied and not deprived of my beloved carbs and sweets. I would say its personal preference. If you are really sedentary and work from home on your butt all day for 8-10 hours like I do, it may be a psychological boost to track it, not so much to count as calories but to record that your were a little active. I do record my dog walking because its an effort to get them out…
