• Had this happen last night and I mixed Special K vanilla almond cereal with a few (1 tbsp) dark chocolate chips...150 calories and lasted a while while I munched.

• Ottawa! I am at 175 after a very stressful year (our youngest was at the Children's Hospital here for 5 months)...my goal is 135. I don't expect to lose it all by spring, despite my username.
