  • I weigh myself daily, sometimes several times. Up until my 30's when I had a hysterectomy I could eat anything I wanted and always stayed at 127 lbs. By the time I was 42 I weighed 178lbs. A friend of mine lost a tone of weight using the no carb diet. I thought if she at our age can do it, so can I. I hated the no carb. I…
  • I eat clean for breakfast/lunch and snacks and then eat quasi normal for dinner. I do feel way better, more energy and ah, umm "more regular" If you get a chance check out any book by Tosca Reno. She is amazing/ with an amazing story to tell. In the 3 weeks since I went to 75% clean I've lost 12 lbs. So I think there is…

  • are you getting enough fiber? Your local health food store can help you with supplements. I have issues too, though mine are more like going only once a week. You may also want to call your Dr. The pellets is like constipation. I strongly suggest adding more fiber to your diet. It def won't hurt:) Flax seed, oat bran. Mine…
  • Switch your whole milk to either 2% or fat free. That will cut out some fat. Not much, but a little. The foods you eat don't look too bad. Also what are you doing at the gym? DO you enjoy it? You may not be getting enough cardio, and or strength training. The reason I ask if you enjoy it, is because if your doing a routine…

  • when I was at my thinnest 123 lbs, I was a D, my heaviest 180 I was an F. Some women are just born with big tata's and no amount of weight loss will change that. I opted to have mine surgically reduced. I am now a wonderful C (would love a B but the Dr wouldn't go smaller for my frame) I was lucky insurance paid for mine…
