Help for cold lunches
I'm trying to eat healthier. I am at a stand still for lunch. I pack a cooler everyday, I do not have access to a microwave so my lunches must be cold. I am getting sick of salads and sandwiches. Any fresh ideas out there???

too few calories
I'm under 900 calories today. Not sure if I should stress or not. My dinner was a large salad w/ no cheese or croutons. I'm full. Should I force myself to eat more, or just let it go 1 day? Turkey Burger
Does anyone have suggestions for making turkey burgers? Mine are always dry. I use spices so the flavor is good, just feels like cardboard. HELP!!!!
