Every time I've ever tried going low carb I've blocked up. Just get your carbs from fresh fruit and not pasta and breads. Apples have a good amount of fiber

Thanks everyone. I can't stand salmon but like a lot of of other fish. I have no issues with beans (except gas) lol. Meat just binds me up. I really appreciate your suggestions

no matter how slow you are, you're still faster than someone sitting on the couch. Time doesn't matter. The fact that you are moving does. Your speed will increase as you get in better shape. Do not ever compare yourself with someone else. You are unique, embrace it :)

I went down a jean size, still can't do a pull up, but can do 8 girl push ups. I've never been able to push ups, so that is an NSV for me :)

my fave is 2 handfuls of spinach or baby kale, 1 cup of any frozen fruit, 1 cup vanilla milk and 1 scoop vanilla whey protein. YUMMY!! Not too mention a very pretty green color :)

I think it's been way harder for me this time around/ I lost 30 lbs a couple years, got lazy gained 20 back. I'm having a heck of a time losing it. I'm 45
