Logging p90X3 Workouts

I'd like to log my p90X3 workouts. Has anyone seen this in the database of have a suggestion regarding how to log these workouts somewhat accurately? Thanks!

Get a heart rate monitor. It really is a great investment. MFP overestimates calories burnt by a LOT for any exercise. You won't regret an HRM.0
