Logging p90X3 Workouts

I'd like to log my p90X3 workouts. Has anyone seen this in the database of have a suggestion regarding how to log these workouts somewhat accurately? Thanks!

    Get a heart rate monitor. It really is a great investment. MFP overestimates calories burnt by a LOT for any exercise. You won't regret an HRM.

    I used my heart rate monitor and had to make up an exercise

    I also added in the notes section which workout like incinerator etc..

    I record my t25 workouts in the note section since I don't own a hrm
