This post is SO ENCOURAGING! I started at 180 (I'm 5'0"), am currently at 154 lbs, on my way to at least 120, but would be happy with 130. Thank you for sharing! What was your method, food and exercise-wise?

They didn't; we did. We'd lived in Big Sandy, TX from birth until we were 12 in 1992. We went to school and Church together, plus playdates and sleepovers often. Not only did we move 30 minutes away, but we changed Churches. I never have gotten over it...

I also go to bed hungry a lot of the time; but I just feel that, in time, my stomach will shrink and get used to eating less and burning more. Maybe I'm wrong; but usually I try to fit in a light snack after a workout to compensate for that.

Way to go, you! I'm also 5'1"; but I started in at 180, so I have much farther to go. Your pics and short span of time are very encouraging! Thanks for sharing! (Wish I'd have thought to take pics.)
