I totally forgot to come back here. We could definately meet up on a Tuesday night (or every Tuesday night - lol). I was sick this week but will be back at it next week.

My goal is 140. That was my weight when I got pg with Kaitlyn (well actually I think I was closer to 135 but I will be happy with 140). Unfortunately at the start of this journey that meant about 70 lbs for me too lose .. and still another 60 to go :-( I will get there.

I am trying to do 3-4 classes a week at the Y. I also am doing Just Dance at home. I am hoping to start Turbo Fire at some point as well. If I do not do anything else I hop on the ski machine for a bit. Really my goal is just to get up and do SOMETHING everyday.

I log the gazelle as a ski machine. It does not have the same range of movement as an eliptical. I always estimate at half if I am eating back the calories burned (just by what others have said ;-)). I definately think I need to invest in an heart rate monitor though. Does anyone recommend a specific one?

Wow!!! That is amazing and such a short period of time!! Di dyou do it just following MFP and exercising? How often did you exercise? Did you eat back you calories? I am amazed. Good for you!!

I go to the Bob :-) I do go during the day but I could likely do some evenings too. I am definately there Tues from 6-7 .... and can not do mon night (doing zumba at Stoney Creek) or Thursday night (brownies) ... but maybe wed, fri or weekends could be added to my tues night :-) depending on times that work best for you…

This is awesome!!! I am also hopinh my excitement and motivation sticks around. I am already notcing habits I have. Like I would eat more dinner even though I amnot hungry any more ... just because there was lots left in the pot. Or I totally am my kids garbage disposer. They do not want to finish that granola bar .. give…
