I just turned 50 also (yesterday) and have been on this site for a while, wanted to lose 50 lbs by my birthday but didn't - I lost 30 lbs and still logging and keeping track. I hope to lose another 20 by Christmas (if not more), and I too have a goal of about 100 lbs. Lets help each other!

I drink alot of the Crystal Light flavor packets - or any brand of the flavor packets. They come in many different flavors, some even have vitamins or if you need a boost, caffeine. Walmart brand is cheaper and tastes exactly the same. Plain water does get boring really, really fast!

I hope it works for you but it did not work for me in my neck, and after a year of treatments I finally ended up with titanium rods that finally relieved the pain and abled me to turn my head - you know, like a normal person can do! Feel better soon.
