  • Last night, I put this recipe in my crockpot: http://www.honeygheeandme.com/2014/01/crock-pot-cilantro-chicken-whole30/ and it was ready by the time I got up this morning! I cooked some cauliflower rice and had it with the chicken :) Only about 340 calories total, and I'm a happy camper!
  • I drink Silk all the time! I prefer the Plain version rather than the vanilla or chocolate. Those two are much too sweet, and the plain version goes with everything! I also buy some chai concentrate by Tazo and drink that with silk in the morning and it's a wonderful start to the day!
  • Made this the other day!! However, had vegetarians over, so I made it with tofu and the vegetarian chicken broth instead. Added a couple extra spices, but sooo delicious! I definitely had leftovers and made it into a burrito filling later :) It tastes wonderful wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla and just a little sour cream…
