Welcome to the forums! I guess the first question is how many calories are you eating? If you're supposed to be eating 1700 and you're only eating 1400 I don't think there's too much of a problem.

If you're a coffee lover (like me) during the morning you can pour yourself an extra cup, add any sugar and cream you like, and then throw it in the freezer.
