Summiting a Mountain?
Does anyone know how you train for that? Say there was someone with the physique of a jellyfish, what exercises would help train to eventually summit a mountain like Ranier? Will doing mountain climbers help in any shape or form?

coughing while running?
I just started running last week (okay, more of a pitiful, gaspy jog) and I always find myself needing to cough for a few minutes afterwards. This never happens during the run, only after. I get a real craving for it sometimes. Chinese/Thia/Japanese foods seem like those foods that would actually be decently healthy if it was homemade. Anyone have some good, healthy recipes? I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian, so bring on the eggs and veggies!

I'm an emotional eater, and have been REALLY stressed lately. Even during my TOM I'm pretty good about controlling my cravings, but when I'm stressed and going so many hours without I sleep I binge like crazy. So what are some healthy alternatives to stuff like chocolate and chips?
