Just finshed week 1 of C25k. And not sure it I can go all the way. I am an avid walker with a 15min/mile pace, and this running thing makes me feel awkward. I have been alternating work out days, and often finish the run with a 2 mile walk. Any advice? I have never seen myself as a runner, but would love the calorie burn…

i have been using the 5K runner and RunKepper Apps on my iphone. I run the apps ontop of each other and they track pace and time. And then I log it into MFP.

Finished my fourth routine yesterday, have not noticed any weight gain. I am an avid walker and average 10 miles a week. Is anyone finding this to be a tough challenge?
