I'm 5'7" and fit into a size 18. When I started I wore a size 20. Since then I've gone from 288 to 252. I buy all my jeans at the same location.

I haven't seen a lot yet but here are a few recent ones: 1. My jeans no longer cut into my stomach 2. I'm able to fit comfortably in movie theater seats without having to shift every 10 min 3. Gaining a love of salads. I love experimenting with new kinds.

I love them! It's a great way to get started.

I have one for breakfast during the week. It's easy to grab and go on my way to work. I put 8 oz of skim milk or unsweetened almond milk in my blender bottle. Then I had one scoop of chocolate protein power and two table spoons of PB peanut butter.

I pre-log because it gives me something to follow. It helps keep me on track.

I have 100+ to lose. Feel free to add me!

Do you measure with bra on or off? Thank you!

My boyfriend and I aren't planning for kids anytime soon but we both want to start a family someday. I know that my weight could cause issues so even though it's quite far into the future I'm trying to shed the pounds beforehand. Feel free to add me!

It could just be me but I've found that peppermint tea helps me when I'm bloated.

I've read a lot of posts on this site and I know there's no miracle pill but I do take supplements. Everyday. Everyone has there reasons, mine happen to be because my doctor told me to. I agree partially with the poster and partially with some others. When we reply to a post we should be helpful not critical and…

I totally understand where you're coming from! I just graduated college and I'm still on a tight budget. Follow sales, they are a life saver. I like to buy frozen broccoli and cook it with chicken. Or brown rice with chicken, a little soy sauce and whatever vegetables I have. Chicken is fairly reasonable. Don't forget that…

Feel free to add me! I have around 135 to lose. I'm always looking for more friends!

We eat a lot of chicken. I also make a peanut butter protein shake every once and awhile. Then there's always eggs.

I started at 288 I'm now at 280 and I've been logging for 30 days. Granted I didn't try very hard the first 20. My diet still wasn't great but now in the last 10 I've lost 8lbs. So slowly but surely. I have no scheduled exercise schedule but with the extra energy I've had recently I do a lot more around the house so I keep…

I'm in the same boat! I have 140lbs to lose and I know I'll be healthier but the extra skin idea freaks me out. I've been told that if you lose the weight slowly it won't be as bad and with weight training you can tone a lot of it up.

I take a multivitamin and have done blood work before and learned that I should also take vitamin D. For energy I've found that the Emergen-c drink packets or Advocare's Spark helps me. If you can I would recommend getting your blood work done. It's just great to know where your levels are sitting.

And after the 24 Day Challenge it's recommended that you keep with the Max Phase. I'm on Day 2 of the challenge and have lost 1.1 lbs so far. I'm just hoping for a kick start and more motivation!

I wasn't always a fan of breakfast but ever since I started my new job I am but I also believe that each person is different. Do what feels good to you!

I always log my cleaning as exercise. Even if it is a part of your normal routine I like being able to see it. Plus I work a desk job for 8 hours 5 days a week so to me it's worth logging. But each their own.

I'm getting ready to try the 24 Challenge. My best friend tried and now sells it and I figured I'd give it a try. I do have another question: Once you try it and if it works is it a program that you can try again and get more results?

I love green tea. I usually drink it in the morning instead of coffee. I've noticed that I feel more awake and have more energy than when I drank coffee. It could just be me.

I'm a huge green tea fan. I stopped drinking coffee in the morning and substituted it with green tea. Right now I only drink one mug a day in the morning and maybe it's just me but I feel like I have more energy than when I drank coffee.

I hate greek yogurt. But I love vanilla yogurt. That's usually one of my go tos for breakfast.
